Mr Gay Pride Australia 2022 was held both online and in person between June and November and culmintaed in the finale weekend at the Rainbow on the Plains Festival at Hay NSW.

After six challenges judged by nine different judges, including Brooklyn Ross, Newsreader, Kyle & Jackie O Breakfast Show, KIIS FM, Christine Forster, former City of Sydney Councillor and Marriage Equality Campaigner and Cr Jenny Dwyer, Hay Shire Councillor the winner was announced.

The 2022 Mr Gay Pride Australia is Dion Alexander.
